Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, My wife is recently diagnosed with pancreatic and gall bladder stone. We did ultra sound twice a few months back and the stone size as reported in gall bladder was 8 mm and small size stones in pancreas. However, we did ultrasound in the same clinic a day back and the report says that pancreas has 18mm stone and gall bladder has small size stones. Is this possible that in a month’s time pancreas stone increases that big in size and how critical this is? should we go for other alternative ultrasound?
